Mini meat balls with spaguetti




 Ingredients:

  • 1 lb of ground beef or chicken or turkey breast in case you want to make it with less calories.
  • 1 can of tomato sauce for pasta aprox (29 oz can).
  • 1/2 cup of bread crumbs
  • 1 egg in case you are make them with ground beef. 
  • 1 1/2 tsp italian seasoning.
  • 1 tsp garlic powder.
  • 1 tbsp parmesan cheese.
  • 1 tbsp or the necesary to brown the  balls.
  • 1 package of spaguetti, white or whole wheat, what ever you want.
  • Salt and pepper  to taste

How to make it:


  1. mix the meat with the bread crumbs, seasonings, parmesan cheese and the egg.
  2. make little balls, aprox. 32 of 1 oz each one.
  3. heat the oil on a pan fry and brown the balls for a few minutes (like 5 mins)  turning them once in a while.
  4. add the tomato sauce to the balls and cook them in a low medium heat for about 10 mins.
  5. cook the spaguetti acording to the directions on the package.
  6. sirve a portion of spaguetti (1/2 cup aprox) or more if you want to, then add some balls with the sauce on top of the spagetti.
  7. add extra parmesan cheese over the balls, enjoy!!  ^ _ ^
